We are thinking about upgrading our phone system to a BCM and are currently testing the IP Phones. One of our sites can hear us fine but we cant hear them. they can dial our ext and the phone rings but we cant hear them. I'm thinking there are ports closed on the router there and i need a list of ports that need to be open. Thanks in advance for any help.
