can i install a 5340 and a 5360 on a 3300 running 7.0 software
 
5340 yes (Minimum rel 7.0 UR2)
5360 no requires rel MCD 4 (rel 10)

no, 5360 needs at least MCD 4 UR2 or 3. Don't think R7 will even support the older 5340.
 
You will need at least R8 if you want to run 534o with either wireless headset or handset.

I happened to be looking up some related functionality on the 5340 and was somewhat surprised how many changes there were at various SW loads.
