Hi Guys
A urgent question need your help, our ip stations including 4620,4610 & 4602 encounter unexpected restart problem, we are using static ip addr for all extensions, the firmware is 2.3 or 2.4 under S8710 CM 3.1 IP Connect envrionment, it shouldn't be the result of firmware error as we only encounter such issue in 10F of our building but all other phones with the same firmware in 9F are working fine, and we can not found any ip addr confilication in the system. What we suspect currently is the power supply issue as the sympotom is just like the phone lost power suddenly and regain the power shortly. We are using the 1152A1 Mid-Span to provide the power, as I found on the web, it can only provide about 200 Watt output power, does it mean we can not connect more than 12 4620SWs as each 4620SW should require 15.4 Watt? Are there any other reasons can cause this problem? BTW, we have checked the link between the CLAN and ip phone, there should be no keep alive lost issue existed, and we haven't found "discover" displayed on the phone before its reboot.
