I have not found any information on how to use the SHIFT key on the IP phones. Whenever I press it, it functions as the feature key which by default is F980. I have read the user guide for the IP KIM and it states that with the shift key I can get 48 keys. But I have found no reference on how to use it.
Any help would be appreaciated.

What about the KEM for the 1140e? Tha manual only references the CS100, will it work with the BCM 400 4.0?
By the way thanks.

Expansion Module for IP Phone 1140E is not yet supported on BCM.

1140 w/ KEM Absolutely does not work on BCM 4.0 yet. Just 2004 w/ Kem at this time
