SCN of 5 Offices linked together with IP403's, IP401's, Central VM, Connected with DSL Using Watch Guard Routers (QOS), over VPN. All sites use Terminal Server hosted on Central Office with Thin Clients. All systems have been upgraded to 2.1 (15). Over the past couple of week a lot of changed have been made to LAN/Wan by replacing the Routers on all sites applying Qos. Recently the central site and one remote site has experienced problems where IP Phones (4602sw, 4606) have been rebooting, and one time the Control unit at the Central site rebooted causing DS and IP to reboot. The IP Phones are programmed statically and when they reboot you pick up the Handset and there is no dial tone, but the display comes up as normal. This requires the phones to be unplugged and rebooted manually. Does anybody have any insight to why this may be happening?? [sadeyes]
