I currently have numerous IP phones that connect over WANs to our option 11C. Users have complained that at times the voice quality is very poor. I would like to establish QOS over the WAN for the IP phones to maintain a better quality/service to the pbx. What protocol and ports do the IP phones use so that I may program this into QOS for better service? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
