I have a site which requires about 20+ ip phones, the problem that i have is that the ipo uses a different vlan to the normal data network and the customer want's to plug in his pc's into the 5602 handsets.
he needs to be certain that the 56xx can exist on a different vlan to the pc, which means that the 56xx will need to understand 802.1q, when reading the doc's it suggests that 802.1q should be turned off. if that is so will it work plugging the pc into the 56xx ?
