-Are there any indications of troubles in the logs?
-Have there been any changes to the network?
-Have you changed anything in the SX200 ICP?
-Are all the sets on the same POE switch, are there other sets on that POE switch having the same issues?
-Are there specific times (high volume of calls) when the sets reboot?
-Are the IP sets and data network all the same VLAN?
