We needed to migrated this customers old Virtual machine IPO SE 11.1.2.1.0 build 3 to new virtual machine with more CPU's, RAM and disk.
Everything is up and running on the new machine 11.1.2.2.0 build 20:
[ul]
[li]IP500v2 Expansion for several analogue extensions[/li]
[li]Avaya Contact Center Select[/li]
[li]Ascom DECTs via Gateway IPBL1[/li]
[li]3rd party (SIP & TAPI) CTI server for attendant consoles, presence/absence system etc. [/li]
[li]SIP business trunk[/li]
[li]H.323 phones: 9608 and 1608 [/li]
[li]SIP phones: J139, J169, 1120E[/li]
[li]Workplace Softphones[/li]
[/ul]
There is just one little feature missing:
On desk phones, they now need to manually hang up if the other part hang up before them, so they will hear a busy tone until they hang up.
This is even if it is an internal call between two deskphones.
I can't find any difference when comparing the new and the old System settings, Users source numbers, etc.
I can compare them side-by-side since the old one is still running (with new IP addresses and lines taken out of service) for reference.
Maybe this is a basic setting I have forgotten even though I've been a technician since the birth of IP Office and Argent Office
Any hints?
