BCM 400 4.0. Fully Patched. Customer has remote hardware VPN with DSL. The VPN is staying up, but Phone is dropping.
1-What is overhead on I2004 and is there a way to compress?
2-Any suggestions on how to keep phone from dropping call and resetting? We had these for our office and just dealt with it. Replaced office IP phones with different manufacturer seem to get a little jittery or choppy but don't actually drop call. Is there any setting we can adjust so connection stays up even if conversation isn't toll quality?
