Greetings. I recently installed an IPO 406v2 running 3.0 (40) and basically the client is using IP Softphones (phone manager IPro) as their primary phones. When we would receive or make a call to the outside world, the volume would be extreamly low. What I mean is we would barely be able to hear the caller/person we called. They could hear us just fine though. Now when we placed a call to another station inside the switch, weather to an IP station or to a digital station, the volume was fine. Additionally we tried using an IP hardphone and had the same issue.
