3300 LX with 7.0.9.5 s/w, 5224 and 5220 handsets.
I have a customer who occasionally has to power their 3300 down for a few hours or more at a weekend, due to electrical work in the area. When the power returns, the 3300 boots up ok and about 20 percent of the handsets are fine. However, the other 80 percent of handsets don't boot properly and require a manual reboot. Looking in the Maintenance section, the phones seem to get an IP address. Ping is possible and the they seem to have the correct information on the screen. It's just they don't respond when any keys are pressed.
Any suggestions..
