IP Phones 5602SW cant reset?

Hi all,

I have a coupple of IP phones 5602SW that im trying to connect up to a IPO 412 (all config done ok). When trying with a brand new phone there is no issues, i unput the values and correct extension comes up after reboot. The problem is with phones which have been used before, i input the values also but on reboot i am not ask to input the extension, the old used extension comes up! What can i do?

HOLD Clear will purge all details. If it is an old phone they keep the last entris and will power up, connect to the IPO and set up the same extension as last created. Auto Create Extension is enabled by default in the system allowing this.

press hold then spell out clear on the keypad, only pressing a key once

Don't forget the #

so press HOLD 25327 # then * toe clear all.

Just to clarify, to clear all Settings on 5602SW:

Press Hold then 25327 then # then # to confirm
