ip phones (1140) soft key issue

aloha,

i have a cs1000e 6.0 HA with a hms400 rl 2 voicemail. i found some old threads but it was related to call pilot. i was wondering if the soft keys, play, delete work on a ip phone, specifically the 1140.

Soft keys for voicemail on any IP Phone only works with CallPilot.
