We have ipo 9.1, during a network failure the ip phones are blocked and when the network is restored these phones remain blocked and do not appear on system status and require a manual restart. How to restart the ip phones remotely by manager automatically?

You wo7ld have to do it manually using Manager.

Go to system status
Extensions
Look at the bottom tabs
Reboot phones.

Or use monitor
H323 phones
List all the phones

I think there is a reboot phones tab there also.

But I think you would be better checking your network as to why the phones are not able to re register again

Does the same thing happen if you unplug the Ipo lan cable.
Let the phones drop connection
Then plug it in again.
Do they come up registered.


Where to they get there dhcp info from....
