IP PHONE

Dear,

I have MD110 BC12 SP7 version. in this version IP phone with ELU 32 board was working fine. i upgraded the MD 110 with BC13 SP 2. But now IP phone is not working. I check in MD with IPEXP command phone is taking IP but it is not coming up means it is not registering. Please help in this regard. i am using same ELU 32 board.

Check the revision of elu32 and the phones. ELU32 fw should be R7A. Which type of phones are you using?
Then, why SP2, why not SP5?

I have TWS SP2 version. I have elu32/R6A board. How i can upgrade the version of board. Plz help

Check the firmware version on the phones. You may need to upgrade this as well.

Hi,
Most likely you need to update the firmware of phone ip.
On a system tswsp2 the firmware for the 42x02 are R3C (Applic and Boot) and R3A (config), for the D4 (version 1) are R5H (applic) and R5E (boot) and R5C (lang) and R5F (config).
