Can't you do that by entering the phones IP address?

when i type the ip address of ip phone in the web browser,it work well but show some useful information. when i pressed the device log tag , i see that file "SEP00192FCB64A9.cnf.xml" is selected to store the device log. how i can i reach this file to see it's content to be used in DOM or Sax program.
