Hi there.
I have a customer saying that an IP phone won't register.
When I go to look at the licenses, in System -> Keycodes, I see
ACTIVE IP Telephony client 6... which from what I know means they are licensed for 6 IP Phones.
When I go to Resources -> Telephony Resources -> IP Sets I count 6 used sets with 1 offline. Does the offline one use a license as well? Do I have to deregister this set for a new one to come online?
