Hello all, I have an IP Office 406v2 st up and running fine. I need to put a phone at a satalite location. I have a linksys rvs-4000 at each side with a vpn tunnel and shows the tunnel is up. I am not sure the IP Phone can see the system. here are the settings.

IP ADDRESS 172.16.1.0
SUBNET MASK 255.255.255.0

IP ROUTES

0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 172.16.1.1

REMOTE LOCATION
ROUTER ADDRESS IS: 172.16.2.1
VPN SPECS

Do you have a VCM card in the IP406? Do you have an IP route programmed in the IP Office? How are you programming the IP Phone, what settings?

What exactly is the problem you are experiencing?

IP ROUTES
172.16.2.0 255.255.255.0 via 172.16.1.1 LAN1
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 via 172.16.1.1

You have 2 entries using same gateway. I have seen this before causing issues. Just put in
0.0.0.0/255.255.255.255 via 172.16.1.1

test a ping from remote side to ipo
