Hello,

I've got 3 locations in this scenario

A - running BCM 400 3.6 w/ several digital sets
B - running i2004 phone with branch office IPSec tunnel to A
C - running i2050 softphone with PPTP tunnel to A

I get two-way communications from B to A and C to A just fine. However if I call C to B, I can hear B but they hear nothing. I thought it was firewall-related but it seems unlikely since we are using VPNs. I also find that if I try to call from one softphone to another, I get no audio on either side.

Any suggestions? I have tried DISABLING the firewall entirely at location B without any luck.

My guess is an IP routing issue. If you're using the Contivity VPN platform, make sure you're allowing branch to user tunnel forwarding. Same concept on other VPN platforms. You'll need to make sure that your user tunnels can access the remote branch tunnels if using split tunneling.
