One of our VPN phone users has no audio when calling/receiving calls from an on site IP Phone user.
If IP user calls out on the PRI (9+10 digits) they can hear but the VPN user's phone doesn't ring, just flashes an incoming call.
No issues when calling anyone else, only between these 2.
No other VPN or IP Phone users have this problem.
