IP Phone to IP Phone paging

Need to know if anyone has implemented IP phone to IP phone departmental paging on an Avaya IP PBX.We have reviewed Datapulse Progression but want to compare it to other providers of the same technology.

I've used the AG2000 in the past, but that's a dead product now. Datapulse is the only solution left that I'm aware of.

We use a valcom unit for ip phone paging on the CS1K

AG2000 was a nightmare... in a large deployment it simply didn't work. Even a Nortel sales rep admitted off the record the product was crap.

Avaya should have a Notifiation System out for the Nortel IP products which is meant to replace AG2000. Not sure if it's out to market yet.

Use the Valcom VIP-892 it is supported and works well.
