I am using BCM400 and BCM450

When I go through the Nortel menu, it always refer setting the IP phone set options locally with the phone by pressing Service Key once, and select the telephone optoins.

I never able to get this telephone options menu up.
Pressing the service key once only go to the IP service list (F*900). Even if I remove this feature and make the key blank, it still cannot access the telphone option menu.
It works fine by pressing twice the services key and get the local tools menu.

I have tried different type of IP phones, i2002, i2004, 1120E, 1140E but still cannot see the telephone options menu
Is there any way to get to the phone telephone options menu?

User Guides (and functionality) is different between BCM, CS 1000, CS 2100,... Make sure that you are looking at a BCM User Guide for the IP Phone.

I believe those option only work on the CS1000 and CS2100. On the BCM, IP phone options are adjusted using features, i.e. adjust contrast by entering f*7.
