IP Phone Static

I just added more IP phones and now users are experiencing static and jitter. I am trying to figure out where I can find information on packet loss and jitter. Is there a specific command that will give me this information?

What if during a call they go into options, then select Network Audio Quality on the phone itself. This will provide some real-time stats.

you can also do a "status ip-network-r x" on a particular region to get real time bw consumption etc.
