I buy 5 IP phone for my vendor, he suppose to show me how to add those IP phones on my system 3300 ICP MXe when I buy the first 10 IP phones but he never did, now every time that I call to setup the phones he is busy with other customers so I got 5 IP phones sit down in my office. Can any boy explain to me where I need to go to activate those phones on the 3300? Thank you,

Just connect

Look in the system option wich conde is set for registration
Probably ***

When the phone asks for it then press *** and extension number and then the hold or the superkey button

This is only possible if you already have set up the user with the right type of phone

Generally you need to have access to the management web interface of the system. Then in the system configuration section go to Devices and then select User Configuration option. Populate "Name" Extension and phone model. Check voicemail option as well. Then, most likely you will want to define some additional buttons. Besides that how many phones do you palan to have? MXe system is recommended starting from 100 users. 3300CX/CXi is the system designed for SMB users from 1 to 100 users.

I think I buy the licensing for IP Phones for 400 or more dont remember i will check all the tips Monday. thank you
