You need the T LAN IP address of the Sig Server or the Media card, depending on what type of system you have.
Access the Call Server system and go into LD 117. Key in STAT SS. You should see some details of the E LAN IP address.
It's complicated, but you would then need to access the Sig Server to find the T LAN IP address, failing that, I'd access another IP Phone to see how the S1 was programmed.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
