IP Phone Problem

Hi

I am trying to configure DBC425 & DBC422 IP Phones onto a new site.

I managed to get the phones working without the web server but the phones did not have the correct tones and casdances or firmware.

I have now configured the webserver and have rebooted 1 of each phone. The displays show getting configuration file for about 40 minutes now.

I have rebooted the 4422 but this seems to have corupted it. It cannot connect to the network now.

Is there a way ro reset the phone to the factory default?
Any ideas?

What kind of config file have you used?
What is the SW version of the IP phones?
What is the ELU32 FW?
What is the MD SW?
