IP phone on IPS

Can any type of IP phones will work with our IPS or we have to go with DtermIP absolutely?

I'm asking because we have many DtermIP that have problem with their LCD not working anymore.
We'd like to try another brand of phone...

The Series E or I phones from NEC are the only ones that will work on the IPS system. The problem you are describing is a known issue with the series I phones. NEC was replacing them on a case by case basis. Try contacting your vendor to see if they can still do that.
