IP Phone logon problems

Does anyone also has problems with logging on IP Phone sto the IPO ? Although I'm sure the password is correct we sometimes need to enter it 20 times before the phone logs on. Most of the time we get password errors (almost immediately).

I'm running 2.1(15) but it seems most releases have this problem.
