I have a customer working out of two offices one office a 4610 (how she is defined in CM 6.0) and the other office a 9630. She logs off the 4610 then goes to the 9630 office, logs it off, and logs in with her number. She is experiencing intermittent reboots at two different 9630 locations. Error message is password error # to continue, after she was logged in and functioning for a time. Since it is two different 9630 stations, I'm not suspecting a cord connection problem. The 4610 location is a G700 back to host, and the 9630 site is a G450 back to host.

Has anyone experienced this problem when the customer logs into a different phone type, then what the customer is defined in the CM?

I know this is not the fix but until you can figure it out, give her a bridged appearance of her other extension, then no log out needed.

Wilco. I'm going to try and duplicate problem at my location by using similar set types and re-mapping sets to those locations, to see if I get the same failure.
