Hi
I have tested when the remote ip softphone extension 1234 have logoff, the physical hard ip phone 1234 in office has shown # register to used, as for the 4610 model it show extension moved.
Is there any Avaya document stated that the physical hard ip phone needed to press #, re- registered the extension and password to work ?
I need the document to state as to answer this user.
Is it true for the ip hard phone, we cannot automatically log on once the remote softphone has logoff completely. If so, how we can do it ?
thanks
