Ip phone Label and Button label By Cisco Call Manager

1. I tried to change the IP phone label at the top, it has date and time and shows the phone directory number, but i want to change to name.
2. I also want to change the bottom of the phone label as it has now " your current options" I want to change it to my own text, I think it comes from the system.
Is there any one help me how to fix this by using Cisco call managaer.

On the Line Text label, put the users Name and then the extension at the End of the name. The only way I know to change the black bar at the top is in the External Phone Number Mask field but I don't know if it will accept letters or just numbers.

pndscm is correct. Only numbers on the "external phone number mask" as the title indicates.
You'll need to change it on the line text label tab to show name.
