Hello, here is my problem.
Everything used to work perfectly on my system and then some issues appeared on all IP Phones.
1140e - when calling my own SIP trunks with a SIP trunk I cannot here my IVR. I cannot dial an extension either. If I use a normal CO trunk and I call myself on a SIP trunk I can here my IVR and I can dial an extension. On this IP phone there seems to be a problem with the ports??
i2004 (NTEX00)- when calling my own SIP trunks with a SIP trunk I am to hear my IVR but cannot dial an extension. If I use a normal CO trunk and I call myself on a SIP trunk I can here my IVR and I can dial an extension.
i2004 (NTDU82)- when calling my own SIP trunks with a SIP trunk I cannot here my IVR. I cannot dial an extension either. If I use a normal CO trunk and I call myself on a SIP trunk I can here my IVR and I can dial an extension.
Everthing used to work fine before. I have not touched anything in the element manager. I did not touch the Cisco Router. My ISP tells me that everything is all right. My SIP provider tells me that everything is all right.
I can't find the problem. I need your help please!
Stephane
