ip phone issue over internet

Hi, I've got a bcm on the internet FIXED IP ***.***.***.*** and that particular modem is bridged.I've got a Ip2002 at another site which does not have a fixed IP . The modem is set to Mac encapsulation routing. Whenever I power cycle the adsl modem at the phone side the IP phone would come up register and work fine.
After about 3-7 minutes the phone loses audio , meaning that their is no speech path?

what can I do to have this phone work fine...???

I had the same problem with my home IP phone. I changed my router to a D-Link with QOS. My IP phone now work great.
