IP phone issue one way audio sip line...ns500

guys do you ecnounter any of this issue

ns500 installed ip phone as a ext. my telecom provider give us sip line..

in my analoge phone works fine two way audio ... but my ip phone only one way audio..

did i miss something.. i ask telecom provider they its all fine in there side..

firewall all ok.. i use a xlite sip phone for testing its works good ..

what will be the issue thnx and regards...

It is unusual for the analogue to work it ip phone doesn’t on a sip trunk.

Does the ip phone and analogue phone have two way speech if you call each other

did you try to check the ip phone on the same lan of the pbx?

obtsystems ..yes internal have 2 way audio,,

ctamir .. yes they are in same lan and IP range its connected in a unmanage network switch

in IP adress its all fine no conflict .. i can ping the sip gateway ..amd all ip phone.. both analoge and ip pohone have 2 way audio..

did you check if you got conflict IP to the IP of the DSP card?
may be the ext configured in the pbx as a remote ext?
