IP Phone in Different Network are not connecting to server.

Dear Sir,

I am sending the details of the configuration of meridian I have done.IP Phones on different network are not able to connect.They are showing "Server Unreacheable".In between both the networks((140.4.12.112/255.255.255.248 and 140.4.12.120/255.255.255.248)there is a F/W without any port filtering.The config is as follows:

Ip of Meridian active ELNK is 140.11.12.18/255.255.252.0
General

Voice LAN node IP - 140.4.12.121
Management LAN Gateway- 0.0.0.0
Voice LAN subnet Mask- 255.255.255.248
Management LAN subnet mask- 255.255.252.0

Configuration

Card role- Leader 0

Management IP - 140.4.12.17
Management MAC 0- ELAN MAC
Voice IP - 140.4.12.122
Voice Gateway - 140.4.12.12

Card TN - 001
Card Type - SMC(ITG-SA)

Ports

Call Processor IP -140.11.12.18

IP Phone Configuration-:(Connecting)

IP - 140.4.12.123
S/M- 255.255.255.248
G/W- 140.4.12.12
S1 IP - 140.4.12.121
S1 Port - 4100

IP Phone Configuration-:(Not Connecting showing server unreacheable)

IP - 140.4.12.113
S/M- 255.255.255.248
G/W- 140.4.12.11
S1 IP - 140.4.12.121
S1 Port - 4100

The 140.4.12.12 is gateway for network 140.4.12.112/255.255.255.248 The Meridian is also in this network only.IP 140.4.12.11.is gateway for 140.4.12.120/255.255.255.248 network.We are able to ping the phone IP(140.4.12.113) but shows server unreacheable,while try to connect the meridian.
Can any one help?

Where do you plug your phones into? Are they connected to a switch?If so....check you vlan's if u are using it. Have you tried plugging the non working phone into the working phones port? I have had a simmilar problem - some ports on my switch were not in the same vlan for voice.

I just wonder how you managed to connect at all. You use a gateway adress who's not in the same subnet as the IP phone in neither of theese cases. And if it isn't in the same subnet it can't know where to send the packages. Or am I wrong???
