I have begun deploying some 4620sw Ip Phones and they work fine except for one major issue, users cannot dial into any system that needs keypad input. When they try to access external voicemail, conferencing services, or telephone banking the only the key press that is recognized is the # or *.

This is causing major problems, please help?

FYI... I have tried enabling and disabling out of band DTMF with no luck.

Thanks,
Mike

What version software are you running on IPO? I ran into the same problem on a 3.1 (65) IP 406v2. As strange as it sounds, somebody recommended removing any LCR entries I had to provide a temporary fix (and it worked). Z

I had the same issue once but i cannot remember wich software level. I do know if you upgrade to the latest version it will be solved, both IPO and IP Phones need to be upgraded.
