IP PHONE DBC 4425 Backup gatekeeper Registration problem

Hi,

I have configured in the config file of the ip phone DBC4425(Hard Rev- R1D, Application Rev-R2B,Boot Rev- R2A) the ip address of EEBG as backup gatekeeper, the primary gatekeeper is ELU32(R2D) in Md110 BC12SP2. When i go into the web admin page of ip phone the ip address of the backup gatekeeper appear as 0.0.0.0 and if the ELU32 fails, ip phone can't register with EEBG (backup gatekeeper)

Does anyone know why?
