IP Phone Communication Problem

I have the following setup:

7960&CCM334---SWITCH---ROUTER---(WAN)---ROUTER---SWITCH---7960

As you can tell it’s very simple.

Both IP Phones can call each other across the IP network without any problems. However, one phone can hear sound from one phone. But the other phone doesn't hear anything from the other phone, as if the phone on the other end is on mute.

Please guide me on what could be the cause of this and how I can fix this?

Any help is highly appreciated

Thanks

You have a basic routing issue..Try to ping from. phone to the other phone.. You have connectivity between CCM and both phones. thats is why call setup takes place.. But one of the RTP streams is not reaching it end destination.
Either routing... OR perhaps access list...

That was it. I reconfigured my DHCP default gateway configuration to a different router and all is well. Thanks for the help.
