can anyone help with this? I have a 6908G H 323 IP Phone that can make calls to the internal extension while this IP Phone is in the logout status, can I know where is the problem?
The user has logged out from the IP Office. The phone (extension) hasn't been unregistered. Instead, it is now logged in with the settings of the IP Office's user called NoUser.
Options:

[li]In the IP Office configuration, you can edit what the NoUser user is able to do or not do. DO NOT DELETE THE USER. By default they are barred from making outgoing external calls. Sadly you can't stop them making calls to other extensions, but depending on the phone type you might be able to make it hard like adding a hot dial.[/li]
[li]In the phone's admin menus, use the Log Off option there. That will actually unregister the phone.[/li]
