i have a BCM4.0 at the head office and a BCM50 at the remote. i have a public ip on the bcm4.0 and on the remote side i have a router with the public IP and doing port fowarding to the BCM.

on the remote side i have a wireless brigde between two buildings connecting 5 IP phones to the BCM50.

here is my problem: i have fine audio and everything when i use the digital phones to call between sites but when i use the IP phone to call the head office i see the call showing in the monitor but i don"t hear anything on either end.

can someone please help with this.

Sounds like either you have a gateway IP set incorrectly or some of the ports that the IP phones use for signaling are blocked. If I remember correctly UDP ports 5200-6200 need to be open. You could also use wireshark to try and track down where the packets are dropping off.
