I have a customer with 20 sites in EMEA whose call logs on their IP phones all simultaneously quit working.

Each site has its own signaling server, these sites are NOT connected to each other. Call Signaling and talk path are functional, just the IP Phone call log app is jacked up.

For 20 Sites to all have the IP Phone call log app quit working at the same time, something has been done to the network.

My question is, what port is the call log app on the sig server using to talk to the IP phones?

IP Phone Call Log Listen Port/Protocol: ?
Signaling Server Call Log App Port/Protocol: ?

I've dug through the NTP's but obviously there is nothing that says IP Phone call logs are using this protocol and port. :)

What release? PD has to run on one of your sig servers. If it's a Linux SS on 6.0+, you can restart that app individually, at least via CLI (possibly via base manager).

PD could've crashed - that'd knock down every one of them. I doubt it's a network change; I think it uses the same UNIStim signaling ports that are set up in your LTPS config. No additional ports used for PD.

They are all 4.5 and not connected to each other at all. Element Mgr is also down, but the tHTTP & tWeb processes are still functional.

I'm fairly certain that call logs are distributed via port 80, I'm just not absolutely sure.
