IP PHONE 9608> CLICKS AND HANGS UP!!!

Hi there,

my office and is in Canada, I am in Phoenix .

Whats happening here is when someone calls me the call rings thru to me in Phoenix but click then hangs up and the call does not get picked as the call is dropped after just one ring?

Now, when I am in Canada and have this same phone with me at my home it works fine it rings , I talk,I can call clients etc. etc. but down South it is not working I was told this would work down here with out any issue. Theres an issue!! :?()

So far the techs have not been able to figure this out. Is there any one there that can help?

The symptom points to the signaling path being open but the RTP path not being able to connect.
Check your local firewall to insure ports 49152 - 53247 are open.
