IP Phone 4602, Mute is active with Speaker functions

I had a problem with an IP Phone 4602, when I try to use the Speaker Funtion, automatically Mute Function is actived.

Any idea about this problem..???

Please Help Me. . .
 
In 5402 digital phones, You can hear in speaker and talk with the handset, test with your phone.

Usually I press the Speaker button to accces the dial tone, but recently when I do it the same procedure, the Mute button is actived at the same time.

I whis to know how to desactive the feacture.

Note. The Avaya 4602 IP phone has a microphone.
