Dear all i facing problem in ip phone 1140e firmware upgrade when set going to upgrade its make error INCOMPATIBLE FIRMWARE BLOCKED FW FAILED and then reboot.. i update my firm 0625c8a,0625c6o and set having firmware0625c8q
any body can please solve my problem

Hi,
I'm having that exact problem with a new batch of phones we recently bought. However, I'm a step behind you. I downloaded the relevant firmware(as you have), but when I try uploading it from Element Manager nothing happens. It's a strange problem.

It will not allow a firmware downgrade (it will say blocked). firmware0625c8q is newer than what you have listed. I had the same issue. C8q comes after c8a and c6o so it is the latest
I am using C8L without issues.

We were able to factory reset the phone to clear everything out. I don't know if this will help solve exact problem, but it might be helpful.
