IP phone 1140e not giving caller and redial list

Hello all.
We have a signalling server in our avaya 7.6 release. The IP phone 1140e are not giving the callers and redial list. After pressing the CALLERS or REDIAL key on the phone , it gives server connection error. Please guide
 
ho9w old are the phones? Do you have PD set up on one of your sig servers. This is where that information comes from. Also check the firmware on your phones in Element Manager.

fin case you dont know on the server setup it is the ELAN address of the Sig Server you want to run PD on
 
I have given the elan IP of the signalling server in PD SETUP but still they give server connection error.
