I have a BCM 50 that will be located in 1 city. I have 2 DRATEK VPN's setup. Dratek actually did the setup and I can connect from 1 network 1 another. But my IP phone will not work.

The BCM is 192.168.1.250
The IP Phone is 192.168.2.246

Dratek said to make the VPN work correctly I needed to have 2 different networks that connect with the VPN. So the local is .1 and the remote is .2

I can ping the router and the phone/bcm from the routers, but the phone keeps coming up with host unreachable. I tried changing the phone to DHCP, and now I am locked out with DHCP server unreachable and can not get back in to configuration to change the phone back to the .2.246.

Anyone have any suggestions? I know this will work because I have seen others do it. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

The phone is an 1120E. I tried the 4 keys from left to right when I get the DARK Nortel screen. I also tried hitting the services button over and over.

Neither work.

To access configuration it's not when you get the DARK Nortel screen, it's when you have "nortel" in small letters showing on the display right after the chime.

u can also hit the services button twice to get into IP set config

All fixed. Thanks for all the help. Turned out to be a DNS issue with Roadrunner.
