IP Packet Drops

I recently replaced a 1600 Contivity running V04_06.135 with a 1750 running V06_05.___ (not sure the exact code version at the moment). One user was able to connect to a specific site just fine on the old 1600 - and testing reveals that this still works - but can't reach this specific site on the 1750. I'm seeing a lot of "Cannot Fragment" and "Cannot Forward" IP Drops on the private interface on the new device.

Any thoughts?
