IP Options: "0x14"

I keep getting this Deny statement in my syslog.

Deny IP from (source IP address) to (destination IP address), IP options: "0x14"

I can't seem to find any concrete information on what "IP Options: 0x14" might be. The consensus in my office is that it is Trojan Virus activity.

Just wondering if anyone else has experience with "IP Options: 0x14"??
