I'm considering purchasing an IP office (IP 406 V2). It's the latest version and includes the CCC and VM pro.

Does anyone have any advice about reliability of this solution? Is there anything I should purchase to assure relaibility and functionality are achieved?

Thank you for your feedback!

If youre in this forum it looks like the IP Office is crap but i can assure you it is a reliable system if it is set up the right way.

The most important thing is to get a engineer that nows how to program the IPO.
But thats the rule for every pabx/switch.

Just ask if the engineers has ACS (Avaya certified Specialist), then you can almost ensure that he knows what he,s doing.

IP Office is a simple system to configure & maintain

Sometimes deceptivly simple!

A trained Monkey can sucsesfuly install a basic system but more advanced configurations can contain "Gotcha's" that are not always obvious.

CCC is definitly an option that requires a competent installer to ensure correct operation.

Some of us, even those of us that are ACS, disagree about the reliability of the IP Office.
